Department of Early Childhood Education and Nurture

With changing social and family structures, the child's environment is undergoing significant change. Thus, the importance of nursing and early childhood education is emphasized to ensure the proper development of babies and young children.

The Department of Early Childhood Education and Nurture provides students with a variety of opportunities to learn about teaching, educational psychology, pediatric health and other relevant areas and to acquire skills needed by early childhood educators in playing the piano, singing and drawing. Upon satisfactory completion of the required courses, students gain accreditation as teachers for kindergartens and nursery schools. The department also offers field placements at kindergartens and nurseries.
