Tokiwa University and California State University, Fresno have signed an agreement to launch the E-Journal publication of TIVI’s International Perspectives in Victimology. The first publications are expected to be available online through the TIVI’s homepage later this year.

The 2010 JICA Program on the Development of Comprehensive Assistance Systems for Victims is underway! This year’s course, which is hosted by the Tokiwa International Victimology Institute, is being attended by six participants from the Colombian National Commission for Reparation and Reconciliation (CNRR) and focuses on victim-support training, especially for victims of regional conflict.
