Scope of Victimology at TIVI
Established in 2003, the Tokiwa International Victimology Institute conducts international interdisciplinary research and teaching in victimology. The Institute contributes to the development of victimology as a science by serving as a central base for information relating to victimology and victim assistance, in collaboration with universities, research institutes, government organizations, and victim assistance organizations, at the local, national, regional, and global community levels.
