JICA Group Training Course 2011-2013
The Development of an Assistance System for Victims of War and Armed Conflict
As an ODA program hosted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Tsukuba, the TIVI has started conducting a three-year cycle training course for consecutive three years from 2011 to 2013 entitled, "The Development of an Assistance System for Victims of War and Armed Conflict."
This year, the course was held for five weeks from November 8 through December 13, 2011, receiving five participants; two from Colombia and three from Nepal. The closing ceremony was held on December 13 at JICA Tsukuba, and the five participants left for their home countries next day.
