ジョン・ドゥーシッチ

常磐大学国際被害者学研究所所長

フロリダ州立大学大学院にて犯罪学、矯正学を専攻し、博士号（社会学及び犯罪学）を取得。フロリダ州政府刑事司法委員会研究・評価部門委員長、南ミシシッピー大学刑事司法学科研究・評価センター所長などを歴任。全米被害者援助機構（NOVA）の創設に関わり初代代表、現在は終身会員。また、世界被害者学会設立にも携わり、3期12年事務局長を務めた後、2006年会長に就任。1995年に常磐大学に赴任し、2003年国際被害者学研究所の開設に伴い所長に就任。現在は、カリフォルニア州立大学フレズノ校においても、被害者学の教鞭を執る。

John P. J. Dussich

John P. J. Dussich graduated from the Florida State University with a Ph.D. in Sociology and Criminology. He was a Criminal Justice Planner for the Florida Governor's Council on Criminal Justice. He was also Director of the Institute of Research and Evaluations, Department of Criminal Justice, University of Southern Mississippi. He is the founder, first Executive Director and Life Member of the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA). He is a co-founder and Life Member of the World Society of Victimology and has served 3 years as its Secretary General. In 1995, he joined the Tokiwa University. In October, 2003 he became the Director of the Tokiwa International Victimology Institute. Currently he is also a professor of Victimology at the California State University, Fresno, California.
