冨田 信穂

常磐大学国際被害者学研究所教授、常磐大学大学院教授、人間科学部学部長

慶応義塾大学大学院法学研究科博士課程修了。常磐大学大学院、また人間科学部にて、犯罪学、刑事司法制度、被害者学、被害者支援論、等の教鞭を執る。1995年、日本で先駆的な民間被害者支援組織となった、水戸被害者援助センター（2001年より名称変更、現在の㈳いばらき被害者支援センター）の創設に携わり、現在理事長。また、全国各地の被害者支援組織の連携を図るため、1998年に組織された全国被害者支援ネットワークの副会長も務める。地域の安全なまちづくり活動や被害者支援活動にも専門家の立場から積極的に関わっている。

Nobuho Tomita

Nobuho Tomita majored in public law at the Graduate School of Law, Keio University. He is currently teaching criminology, the criminal justice system, victimology, and victim assistance at Tokiwa University. He was a founding member of the Mito Victim Assistance Center in 1995 (the name was changed to the Ibaraki Victim Assistance Center in 2001) which was a pioneer non-governmental organization for victim assistance in Japan. He is now serving as its Chairperson as well as the Deputy Chairperson of the National Network for Victim Support (NNVS) which was organized in order to accelerate the networking of emergent victim support groups in 1998. He also has contributed as a professional advisor to local activities for the improvement of security and victims services.
