野阪 滋男

常磐大学国際被害者学研究所教授、常磐大学大学院被害者研究科科長

慶應義塾大学大学院法学研究科博士課程単位取得退学（法学修士）1975年以降は茨城大学（人文学部）を本務校として基礎法学・刑事法学の研究と教育に従事。研究領域は刑事法学の広範囲にわたるが、ライフワークとなったものは「法における人間関係論」といえよう。規範学としての刑法解釈学を専攻とするが、事実学としての犯罪学・被害者学・犯罪社会(心理)学的知見からの犯罪者処遇論にまで及ぶ。近年は専ら医事法学の領域「医師・患者関係」を研究している。

Masuo Nosaka

Having finished his legal study at the Graduate School of Keio University, Masuo Nosaka has been conducting research and education on basic law and criminal law based at the College of Humanities, Ibaraki University, since 1975. His research covers a wide range of criminal law, but he has focused his attention especially on the study of “human relations in law,” a topic that has become his life’s work. His expertise is in criminal law hermeneutics as a normative science, and his studies have covered a variety of topics including the treatment of criminals from the viewpoints of criminology, victimology, and criminal (psycho-) sociology as a fact-based science. In recent years, his studies have focused on doctor-patient relationships in the domain of medical law.
