守屋 典子

常磐大学国際被害者学研究所准教授、常磐大学大学院被害者学研究科准教授

早稲田大学政治経済学部政治学科卒業。1993年に弁護士登録（東京弁護士会）。2005年より本学大学院被害者学研究所准教授、国際被害者学研究所准教授に就任。全国犯罪被害者の会（あすの会）顧問弁護団。日弁連犯罪被害者支援委員会委員、東京弁護士会犯罪被害者支援委員会副委員長、カリヨン子どもセンター理事などを務める。専門は、犯罪被害者支援、少年法、児童虐待、医療過誤、家事事件。

Noriko Moriya

Associate Professor, Tokiwa International Victimology Institute, Graduate School of Victimology, Tokiwa University, Japan

Noriko Moriya graduated from School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University and became a registered lawyer of Tokyo Bar Association in 1993. She joined Tokiwa University as an Associated Professor of Graduate School of Victimology and International Victimology Institute in 2005. She is actively involved in victim support works as one of the legal advisors of Asuno-kai (National Association of Crime Victims and Surviving Families) and also as a member of Committee for Supporting Crime Victims of Japan Federation of Bar Associations as well as a vice chair of Committee for Supporting Crime Victims of Tokyo Bar Association. She is also a board member of non-profitable organization, named “Carillon Child Center” supporting child victims. Her expertise is crime victim support, juvenile law, child abuse, medical malpractice, and family affairs.
