Media and Information Technology Center

This center began its operations and services in the spring of 2005 with the completion of a new IT building and the partial renovation of the old building as its annex. A number of computer facilities and equipment formerly scattered across the campus are now centralized in one place, and the latest visual production devices are provided in the new studio situated in the center. Thus, all the information-related digital facilities and equipment are systematically integrated at one location on campus. Together with the library annex and the International Exchange and Language Learning Center, the center makes needed information available for interested students and staff members.

In addition to the information education function, the center provides multi-purpose classrooms to be used for lectures and seminars. As such, it serves as Tokiwa University’s base for future opportunities and possibilities in the age of the information society.
